EMPLOYABILITY READINESS PROGRAM

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM

Based on the evident gap in the educational system of our Nigerian Universities, in which graduates are not taught the basic skills needed to get employed, keep the job and grow on the job or initiate and implement business ideas. This has posed a major challenge for employers in recruiting the right candidates during employment and has continued to grow massively in our Nation; this is why we at KyDAL Office Point proudly introduce to you the "Employability Readiness Program".

Our focus is to deliver employability—Job readiness skills that will begin to cover the skills gap of the Ibadan youths (including undergraduates, graduates and under-employed) while delivering globally competitive skills for prosperity and sustaining the new initiatives/ growth in the State. This program will cover at least 50 participants per batch.

BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM

At the end of the program, successful participants will be presented to our clients for possible job opportunities and placements.

Days of the Week: Mondays & Wednesdays
Time: 09:00am - 12noon
